i cut brace under the fender, and the bottom mounts. slowly pulled the fender out and got about 1.5" with just my arms...the rest needed the assistance of a hydraulic ram...i pushed it out and welded all the spacers in.

if you are getting rattle in the door panel...take it off do the dynomat, get all new clips, and use the "door edge stripping" around the door panel, and use all new screws.
